EXPERIENTIAL & CAMPAIGN DESIGN · PROOF

Proof Email Campaigns

For nearly a year on the Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits account, I supported email marketing for Proof, the company's B2B ordering platform. The work covered three ongoing formats: seasonal flash deal campaigns, the customer welcome series, and a recurring monthly newsletter. I worked within Proof's existing template system for the seasonal campaigns and newsletter, and I rebuilt the welcome series template from scratch.

On every send, I partnered closely with the copywriter to choose imagery that matched the copy, tone, and audience, whether that meant splitting a campaign into on-premise and off-premise versions or keeping the welcome series consistent for new customers.

Welcome Series

The SGWS welcome series guides new Proof customers from signup through their first order, spanning eForm submission, password creation, account activation, and a final welcome message once the account goes live.
As the visual designer on the project, I revised the first three emails to align with SGWS's established communications while preserving their existing structure, designed a net new welcome email to highlight Proof's benefits and encourage that first purchase, and created the animated GIFs used throughout the series.

Fall Into Savings

The Flash Deal campaign ran in four stages: a pre-announcement teaser, the launch announcement, a mid-week reminder, and a last-day push. Each stage went out in on-premise and off-premise versions, so eight emails total, all built on the same template and copy skeleton. What changed between them was headline emphasis and, most noticeably, the image.
